Dell has partnered with one of India’s most widely read newspapers, The Times of India, to offer scholarships to 10th to 12th grade candidates. This scholarship program is called TIMES SCHOLARS Scholarship Program 2024. The Times of India has organized this scholarship program to promote awareness, responsibility and knowledge among school candidates.

This Scholarship is open to candidates from classes 10th to 12th.

Eligibility Criteria
The two levels of the Times scholarship program are describe below. The two levels are the categories that participants will be assess.
- Candidates in Class X and XI
- Candidates in Class XII can access
The only criteria for registering for Times Scholarships 2024 is that you must be a school candidates.
Times Scholarship Program 2024: Reward and Prizes
After the final assessment and Examination of this Scholarship program, candidates will receive many many reward and prizes from Times of India, Dell and Bennett University. Below are the scholarship reward at both levels.
- Level 1 Class X and XI 100 of the best candidates will get Dell Laptop each.
- Level 2 Class XII 100 of the best candidates will get a Dell Laptop each. The choose candidates will be able to register for undergraduate studies at Bennett University. A scholarship is available for one year. Candidates must meet the university eligibility requirements.
Times Scholarship Program 2024: Evaluation Process
Times of India has announced that it will be Starting the Times Scholarship program 2024 on their website and in an article.
Reading phase: The Times of India, Launching October 25th, will print ONE daily article in the printed version of its newspaper, covering topics such as sports, current affairs and technology, political issues, social problems, education, world developments, etc. The 50 day period will spread over. These articles are design to give candidates a multi dimensional perspective on various fascinating subjects. Each article will bear the label TIMES SCHOLARS Scholarship 2024.
Presentations and Practice Tests: Weekly online practice tests, with questions that are based on articles will be offered. Two times during the program candidates will have to share their opinions in the form of a Power Point. Every practice test will contain 3 stories each containing 6 questions. The answers must be give in 15 minutes.
Examining the Final: In December 2024 a final test will be conducted online, followed by an assessment of candidates perspective and understanding. Each story will have 6 questions. The 60 minute test will include 11 stories.
First Shortlist and Interviews: This will be based upon the aggregate score. Participants’ marks from the presentation and practice test plus the scores obtained at the end of the examination will make up the First Shortlist. Interviews will only be conduct with the top scorers in each category.
Winners and felicitation: In each category (according with the earlier mentioned Eligibility criteria), there will be 100 winners. A number of participants will be select to be part of a felicitation event. Further information about the event will be release later.
Application Process and How it Works
Online application is the only way to register for TIMES SCHOLARS Scholarships Program 2024. To register online visit the website,and then click on the ‘Apply Now’ link. Complete all information and submit your application. The last date for online application is November 20, 2024.Â
The Times of India daily newspaper is schedule to start in October of 2024. This newspaper will have articles covering a wide range of topics, such as current affairs and sports. It also includes technology, social issues and science. These articles help to develop reading abilities and skills. This program is schedule to continue for three months.
The Online Test, which will take place after three months (almost mid December 2024), is based upon the content of articles from the newspaper “The Times of India” published during the past three months. In addition to the online tests, an interview was conduct in order to gauge the knowledge and future prospects of candidates. Scholarship results for the year 2024 will be revealer in February.
