National Scholarship 2024: Since 2008 the Program has been operating. The purpose of National Scholarships 2024 is for the government to provide financial aid to meritorious and deserving candidates whose family income does not exceed R 4,5 Lakh per year to be able to fund a percentage of their living costs while studying. Each year the State Education Boards are task with awarding 82,000 scholarships (41,000 to boys, and 41,000 to girls). This mission has been distribute base on each State age group population.

These scholarships are start to those candidates above the 80th percentile of candidates who passed a Board of Examination Class XII Examination in their respective stream. They must be pursuing daily studies and cannot get other scholarships. The scholarship payment is Rs 12,000 per year in the first 3 years and Rs 20,000 per year in the 4 and 5 years.

Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), will cover Central Sector Scholarships for University and College candidates. The scholarship payment is transfer directly to scholarship recipient savings bank accounts by DBT method using the PFMS gateway.

National Scholarships 2024 for College and University Candidates has boarded the National Scholarship portal with effect from 1/8/2015. Through this portal, candidates will be able to view all the information of the Central Sector Program and can also register online.
Special Scholarship 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Scholarship Program mission is to give an opportunity for the young Jammu and Kashmiris to engage with the other youths in the nation by allowing them to attend educational institutions that are outside their State. Every year 5,000 scholarships are to be offer. Slots can be exchange among the medical and engineering streams, depending on the payment of savings that may result from the reduction in number of candidates pursuing General Degree courses. Scholarships are give for Tuition Fee and Maintenance Allowance.
For General Degree Courses, the rate of tuition fee scholarship is Rs 30,000 per year. Engineering courses are Rs 1,25 lakh per year and Medical studies are Rs3,0 lakh. The Program give a maintenance allowance fixed at Rs 1,0 lakh per year to every candidate. A committee of inter ministerial members oversees and monitors the program.
National Scholarship 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh whose families earn less than Rs 8,0 Lakh per year and who complete class XII in the UTs and are enrol outside of these two UTs at institutions that are approve by choice 12B UGC Act and recognized either by AICTE and, or respective regulatory bodies are eligible for this Program. The candidates have to register online on the AICTE web portal aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in.
The scholarship towards the academic fee will be pay directly to the institution according to claim, or at the rate set by the respective State Fee Regulatory Authority. This is within the overall course ceiling. AICTE and DHE will not refund any additional payment if the fee charged by an institution exceeds the ceiling.
The scholarship payment for maintenance allowance will be disburse. The candidates bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer using the PFMS Gateway.
Vidyanjali Scholarship Application Form
In order to assist deserving and meritorious candidates who are pursuing higher education. The Ministry of Education of Government of India start Program Vidyanjali. The Vidyanjali Foundation was establish under choice 8 Companies Act 1956 as a Not for Profit company to tackle this issue in a mission manner. Vidyanjali, which is an entirely owner subsidiary company of EdCIL India Limit, operates as a collaborative program mobilizing corporate involvement through Corporate Social Responsibility and Philanthropic Funds, creating a synergistic collaboration between the corporate and government sectors.
The Vidyanjali Foundation will first method applications of meritorious Navodaya Vidyalaya candidates who complete their high school in 2023. And have been admitted to a higher education institution. This is done in order for them to get scholarships using the CSR payment get by Vidyanjali Foundation. Companies that give the CSR funding will determine the criteria to be used for scholarship recipients. They are also responsible for the final decision.
