Life Insurance Company of India offering educational scholarships for candidates from School and College and University who are financial weak. The last day to register for the LIC Golden Jubilee scholarships 2024 is on 31 December.
Candidates from Class X to Class XII are eligible for the LIC Scholarship 2024. Scholarships are available for candidates studying in the Arts and Sciences and Commerce courses, as well as technical and vocational program.

LIC Scholarship Objective
The important purpose of the LIC Golden Jubilee 2024 Scholarship is to give financial assistance for the deserving candidates. Provide them financial support to help with their higher education. This Scholarship is to be awarded for candidates in India in a Government or Private School and College and University.

Eligibility Criteria
Life Insurance Company of India already published a notification on its official website regarding LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2024. In accordance with the official notification this scholarship is divided in two categories:
- For Regular Scholar
- For Special Girl Child Scholar

For Regular Scholar
- The academic year 2024 will be open to candidates who passed the Class XII and Class X with a minimum 60% mark.
- A family annual income of not more than Rs 2,50,000.
- This scholarship is start to candidates who have taken admissions in Medicine, Engineering (in any field), Graduation Course (in Any Discipline), Diploma Course or Vocational course.
- The scholarship is not open to postgraduate candidates.
For Special Girl Child Scholar
- A candidate who has completed the Class X Exam with a minimum score of 60% is eligible to register for the Academic Year 2024.
- Admission to High Secondary School (10+2) is for two years.
- An annual family income that does not exceed Rs.2,50,000.
- Candidates who desire to complete their higher education under the 10+2 Program are entitled to a grant.
LIC Scholarship 2024: Selection Process
The choice for the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2024 will be based primarily on the academic qualification of the applicant and their family financial circumstances.
Candidates with lower income will receive priority in order of ascending. Open University candidates and Distance Courses are not entitled to this Scholarship 2024. The scholarship cannot be offered to more candidates within a given family.
Amount
This Scholarships 2024 will reward choice candidates with money rewards. Below are the information about the LIC Golden Jubilee 2024 Awards.
- Awarded Regular Scholars will get Rs 20,000 annually, payable in quarterly installments.
- The Special Girl Child Scholarship will award Rs 10,000 annually to the girl child who is choice and is pursuing studies at Higher Secondary (10+2) level.
This Scholarship payment will transfer via Direct Bank Transfer and NEFT. You must therefore again review the bank information when you register online.
Duration and Renewal Application
Golden Jubilee Scholarships will cover the full duration of a Regular Scholar candidates course and a maximum two year period for Special Girl Child Scholars.
The candidate should secure more than 55% marks in professional streams and 50% marks in graduation courses in Arts and Science and Commerce and equivalent grade in the previous final exam to register for this Scholarship Renewal. In such cases, the scholarship may be discontinued.
