Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicant Selection Process
The number of NSP scholarships for minorities is limited and is determined each year, so priority must be given in the selection process. The applicant must provide proof of income in accordance with paragraph 11(ii). If the applicant has a similar income level, earnings will be determined based on his/her date of birth (older age is preferable).
2. Selection of Renewal Applicants
No merit ranking will be made for renewal applications. The renewal applicant will be eligible for the scholarship if he/she has scored at least 50% in the previous examinations at the same institution and in the same programs of study, and if his/her applications have been approved and verified by the State/University and university governments and all authorities designated by the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
